Shipping and Returns

All Buyers

  • 99% of items are in our stock in the UK and ready to post. (If for any reason yours is not, we will contact you immediately to explain why )

  • We endeavor to post orders placed and paid for before 1:00pm, Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) on the same day.

  • We endeavor to post orders placed and paid for after 1:00pm Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) within one working day.

  • You should expect your item, bought within the UK, to be delivered in 2 - 5 working days. Please do not contact us before this time has lapsed.  (We will not guarantee Royal Mail deliveries, especially at times of Postal Strikes). If the item is needed urgently please use SPECIAL GUARANTEED DELIVERY.

  • We will post to the address given by you when you place your order.

  • We will let you know by email when your item has been dispatched.

  • If you need your item by a specific date then please let us know when ordering and we will let you know if your selected postage can achieve it or if you need to upgrade postage.

  • Delivery timescales are based on Royal Mail and Parcelforce.

  • Items returned to us undelivered will incur a re-delivery charge payable in advance of re-delivery.

  • If your item does not arrive within 7 days (10 days for Europe, 15 days for Rest of the World), please ring your local sorting office, BEFORE contacting us, as very often a card is left by Royal Mail but gets overlooked or picked up by another family member. Occasionally Royal Mail omits to leave one. Parcels are often returned here, after sitting in a sorting office for two weeks or more.

  • Our working days are Monday to Friday excluding UK public holidays.

  • All items are delivered by post; it is not possible for you to collect your item. We are STRICTLY Internet.

  • We do not accept instructions to leave packages outside of premises ('in the porch', behind the bin', etc) as putting such instructions on the package invalidates postal tracking and insurance and risks your order being stolen or damaged by rain.

  • Please check your email in the hours and days following your order in case we need to contact you to confirm your address or payment or respond to any messages you include with your order or payment.

 

UK Buyers enjoy FREE post

  • We offer, as standard, Royal Mail only, though we may use Parcelforce for larger packages.  See www.royalmail.com , www.parcelforce.com for full details.

  • Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 'SECOND  Class Recorded') is normally delivered within 2 to 5 working days to most parts of the UK however this is not guaranteed and it is not trackable until signed for.

  • All items to be sent within the UK will be FREE unless you request 'Special Next Day' delivery

  • Special Delivery - UK Next Day (Royal Mail 'Special Delivery') is delivered next working day by 1:00 pm to most parts of the UK. It is trackable and requires a signature on delivery.

  • Special delivery is £4.20  per parcel.

  • Guaranteed Saturday Deliveries are available at additional cost. If you would like us to arrange a Saturday delivery please contact us.

International Buyers

  • Republic of Ireland and other European Buyers, will have their parcel sent by ' Royal Air Mail International Signed for' as Standard. With a target delivery of 4-5 working days to Western Europe and 6 -7 working days to Eastern Europe

    Cost of European parcels is £5.99 per parcel plus £2.00 per extra item.
  • ‘International Signed for’ increases insurance cover on these services to £500 GB Pounds. 

  • For Rest of the World Customers we offer only Royal Mail International Signed for Air Mail. The former provides insurance cover up to £500. See www.royalmail.com for details. We suggest you allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery, from the date of dispatch, to allow for local mail and customs. The cost will be £8.99 plus £3.00 per extra item…If your parcel is particularly light…Please ask and we may be able to reduce the postage cost for you.

  • All International Buyers: You are the importer of the goods you have ordered from All So Sexy and you are responsible for ensuring that the imported goods comply with any applicable laws in your Country and for the payment of customs duties and taxes within your Country. Customs and security authorities may open packages to confirm or inspect the contents.

     Returns

    • We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

    • Please check it as soon as possible after receipt.

    • Please do not open accessories before checking the main item(s) for size. (This applies particularly to Fancy Dress items)

    • If you are not completely happy with your purchase then we will gladly refund or exchange it subject to the terms of this Returns and Refund policy.


    Returns and Refund Policy

    • Costumes, dresses and outer clothing may be tried on for size but please be aware that it is easy to tell if items have been used rather that tried on for size. If we suspect that they have been worn (particularly Fancy Dress) then we will NOT accept for refund or exchange. Lingerie items or swimwear may be tried on over other clothing but items of an intimate nature cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Shoes and boots must be tried on over socks or stockings and only on carpets.

    • If you wish to cancel your order or return an item then you must notify us within 7 working days of the day after delivery of the item. Notification must be in writing, e.g. by email or by submitting a return request in the completed orders section of your account.

    • All returns must be agreed in advance.

    • Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

    • Hosiery items, e.g. tights, stockings and body stockings can not be returned once the packaging has been opened. Items of an intimate nature, e.g. knickers, thongs, g-strings and wigs can not be returned for hygiene reasons.

    • Returns will only be accepted and refunds or exchanges offered, if items are returned to us unused and unwashed, in original condition with tags intact, free from any marks (e.g. make-up or scratched shoe soles) or odors (e.g. perfume or cigarette smoke) and returned in accordance with our returns procedure.

    • Items (in particular Fancy Dress costumes) must be returned with their original manufacturer's packaging so that future customers can receive the item as the manufacturer intended. Fancy dress will not be accepted back without the packaging!

    • Items returned to us smelling of cigarette smoke will not be accepted for refund or exchange. (If you or someone in your building does smoke then please try items on in a smoke free environment.)

    • We are not responsible for loss or damage to return goods within the postal system. Please use Recorded Deliver.

    • Return packing and postage costs are not refundable. Buyers both in UK and Overseas are responsible for the costs of returning the ordered items.

    • Standard packing and postage costs for exchange items will not be charged unless the exchange items are subsequently returned to us for a refund in which case they will be deducted from the refund. Express packing and postage costs for exchange items must be paid in advance.

    • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receipt of your parcel and once the goods have been checked.


    Procedure

    1. If you wish to cancel an order or return an item and can do so in compliance with our returns policy, then please contact us within 7 working days of the day after delivery of the item. If you wish to cancel your order in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations then your notification must be in writing, e.g. by email. Or by submitting a return request in your account.

    2. To submit a return request, please log in to your account, go to ‘Completed Orders’, click on ‘Return Items’ next to the relevant order, complete the form and click on ‘Submit Return Request’.

    3. You will then receive an email with your Return Request ID plus instructions on how to return the items to us.

    4. We will agree with you to either refund, replace or exchange the item subject to availability.

    5. Please post the return items back to us as soon as possible. We recommend you use a recorded or track and trace postal method that provides sufficient insurance cover for the value posted.

    6. On receipt of the package, we will determine whether the item is acceptable for return in accordance with our policy.

    7. Refunds will be paid back to the credit or debit card used to pay for the goods. It can take a few working days for the banking and credit card system to credit the funds back onto your credit card or bank account once we have processed you refund.

    8. If the item is not acceptable then we will return it to you with an explanation of the reasons for its return.

    Faulty goods
     

    We have a strict quality control check before goods leave us, however in the unlikely event that your item should be found to have a manufacturing fault, we will issue a full refund, including postage both ways.
